How to start, in 3 steps

Profile verification

The Antiqa team checks the company details you have declared, your VAT number and your chamber of commerce record. Usually within 2-3 working days.

Publish your pieces

The guided wizard walks you through photographs, period, materials and paperwork.

Get paid

You receive the payment fifteen days after delivery, if the buyer has not opened a claim or asked for a return. The payout then reaches your IBAN on the schedule set out in the contract.

Frequently asked questions

What are the commercial terms?

Commercial terms for sellers are agreed individually during onboarding and set out in the Seller Agreement. There is no public rate card: the team goes through them with you during your application, before any commitment.

Who pays for shipping?

We book and pay for the shipping ourselves, on your behalf. A courier specialising in the transport of valuables collects the parcel from your shop and takes it to the buyer, insured for the value of the piece. We create the consignment note: you need no tracking number, you only confirm that the courier has collected. The cost is charged to the buyer and shown at checkout, according to the destination country.

How does paying in instalments work for buyers?

Buyers can choose Klarna at checkout, where availability depends on the amount and the country. You always receive the full amount: the financing risk is Klarna’s.

When do I get paid?

You receive the payment fifteen days after delivery, if the buyer has not opened a claim or asked for a return. The payout is then processed on the schedule set out in the Seller Agreement and credited to your IBAN within 1–2 working days of processing.

How does seller verification work?

Verification happens on two levels. The Antiqa team checks the company details you declare when you apply — VAT number, type of business and chamber of commerce record, which is mandatory — along with the sample pieces you upload. Verification of the individual’s identity then happens through the payment provider’s KYC process, which is required to switch payouts on. It usually completes within 2-3 working days.
